Craving homey beef noodle soup? Then you have to come try the beef noodles here! SZECHUAN BEEF NOODLE - 4/5 The Szechuan beef noodle soup here (half tendon half meat) was really good! The soup was super silky with just enough flavor. There was a light hint of Szechuan spice but not overpowering (just a note of it). The meat and tendon were soft and tender. I appreciated the bok choy as well. The only nitpick I have is the noodles were on the softer side (though I typically prefer firmer noodles). The noodles absorbed the flavor well and the portion was a good amount. I didn't feel thirsty after which shows the soup was natural and not overloaded with sodium or MSG. We didn't get to try the other dishes like the dumplings, wontons, or scallion pancake. If you're In the mood for a cozy, homey bowl of soup noodles, the beef noodle here is worth a try!

AMAZING veggie dumplings. It was so calm inside, no music which I love, friendly staff. I also tried the cucumber salad (very good exactly what you'd expect) and the tofu vegetable soup with peanut sauce which was very comforting, not any wild flavors but a nice compliment to the dumplings. FYI they do not take card just cash and Venmo so come prepared

Enjoyed the dumpling and the variety they offer. A little dry but they are house made and have nice combinations. It was very busy so they might of rushed the orders? Will go back and try again!

I was craving a delicious bowl of beef noodle soup so my boyfriend and I visited this homey restaurant in Chinatown for some hot noodle soup! The beef noodle soup was flavorful and delicious with a silky broth and tender beef chunks! I was sipping on the broth for quite awhile longer because it was so yummy! We also tried their cold noodles as well that was light and refreshing. The carrots and cucumbers brought a fresh note to the dish while the peanut/sesame sauce was addicting and savory! The noodles also had a nice chew to them which I really enjoyed. Lastly we got their pork dumplings which were well seasoned and a nice pairing with our noodle dishes. Overall a solid dinner option in Chinatown and I would come back again when I'm craving noodles!

Im absolutely blown away by these dumplings, they are DELICIOUS. One bite of the veggie dumpling had me shocked and doing a double take. The veggie is so flavorful I honestly thought it was a meat dumpling. I did also try the pork ones and they are also very tasty. What's most delicious about the dumplings are the the soft doughy dumpling wrappings. When I looked up the restaurant after visiting, I remembered I had seen a TikTok of this restaurant and someone mentioning you'll see people wrapping dumplings throughout the day. I've been wanting to try these dumplings and I'm so happy I finally did! They were better than I expected and I already had such high expectations after the TikTok's I'd seen! Their delicious homemade dumplings really are worth the hype!

Delicious food. I got the rice with vegetables and beef noodles soup. Seemed much more traditional type of food was served. The ambience was inviting, though not sleek. The service was friendly. They request though cash or Venmo only.

Delicious dumplings and generous portions in an authentic Chinese restaurant setting! The Napa pork dumplings are the perfect texture and come with delicious vinegary sauces that work well together! Potstickers were also delicious, fresh, and crispy! And the beef noodle soup had a rich flavorful broth and I could tell the noodles were handmade! The staff is super friendly and kind and the ambiance is no-nonsense yet casual! This is the hole in the wall spot if you're looking for dumplings and noodles! Just note that they take cash/card/Venmo

Finally made it to this local, family-owned small business after bookmarking it years ago! We knew it was the real deal when we walked in and saw homemade dumplings being made, right in the dining room :D We ordered the following, and are now in our eternal dilemma of re-ordering everything we ate (and loved), or exploring more of their menu. - Pork & Napa Dumplings: YUM. There's a slight sweetness to this that's brought out by the cabbage, and it's SO, SOOOO good. I love when I can taste each ingredient in the dumpling filling, and you definitely can here. - Pork & Chive Dumplings in Spicy Sauce: The sauce didn't register as spicy at all to this Korean spice hound, but it was delicious nonetheless. Again, you can taste each ingredient in the filling. - Szechuan Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup: The beef was soooooo tender, broth was divinely rich, and noodles had the perfect texture. Perfect on a rainy/overcast day. - Cucumber Salad: This is the smashed variety that is not marinated, but instead comes with sauce. At first we wanted it to be more pickled, but it grew on us throughout the meal because the cucumber was so fresh and crunchy! Service was standard Asian level. They ONLY take cash or Venmo. I do not eat at restaurants in search of "ambiance", so if that's not you, know that this is very much hole in the wall joint.
